NTA Customer Satisfaction Report 2025
TFI Local Link has come out on top in the National Transport Authority's Customer Satisfaction Report 2025,
recording the highest overall satisfaction of any public transport provider surveyed at 96%. The report also
found that 99% of Local Link passengers were satisfied with their most recent trip.
The findings show just how valued Local Link services are in communities across the country. Local Link was also the
best-rated bus service for reliability, cleanliness, comfort, crowding and seat availability, with particularly strong
scores for cleanliness and comfort at 99%.
Overall, the results are a very positive reflection of the role Local Link plays in helping people stay connected to work, services, shopping and social trips in towns,
villages and rural areas.
