"The One @ One" Late Night Service Launch
We're delighted to see Longford included in the "The One @ One", a new late-night pilot bus
service that will help people get home safely after a night out.
For Longford, the pilot will run on Route 865 from Longford Centre to Granard,
with a 1am service operating on busy nights across the year.
The pilot dates announced are:
May Bank Holiday: Friday 1st - Sunday 3rd May
June Bank Holiday: Friday 29th - Sunday 31st May
August Bank Holiday: Friday 31st July - Sunday 2nd August
Culture Night: Friday 18th September
October Bank Holiday: Friday 23rd – Sunday 25th October
This is a really positive step for Longford, giving residents and visitors
a safer, more accessible way to travel at night while also supporting local businesses and the
town's night-time economy.
Best of luck to all involved and to the partner routes with TFI Local Link
