In general, our rural services do not have space for bicycles or large luggage. Electric scooters are not permitted.
Small personal bags are usually fine, but if you are unsure, please contact the office before you travel and we’ll advise you.
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted on TFI services.
Other pets are generally not allowed on board to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers.
If you think you left an item on one of our services, contact us as soon as possible with:

- Date and approximate time of travel

- Where you boarded / got off

Yes. Discounts may be available depending on the route and payment method.
- Students / young adults may qualify for discounted travel with eligible Leap cards
- Free Travel Pass holders can travel on eligible services

Yes - Demand Responsive Transport (DRT) services require pre-booking.
We recommend booking at least one day in advance where possible.

Public holiday operation can vary by route and service type.
- Many RRS services operate a Sunday / public holiday timetable
- No services run Christmas Day
- DRT services may also vary and should be checked in advance

Yes, if there is a designated space available, however priority will be given to wheelchair users. The pushchair must be folded down and stored safely if no space is available.
